Yoga Classes "Ashtanga Yoga is for everyone"  Fabienne's style is informative, challenging and life enhancing. She specializes in giving step-by-step instruction in the fundamentals of ashtanga yoga. Which is a sequence of stretches linked with deep breathing and graceful movement.  Monday thru Friday 10 AM. Tuesday and Thursday 4 PM.  Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays are Level 1 classes (beginners). Classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday are Level 2 classes (intermediate).  Level 1... These classes are suitable for the new student of yoga, and can challenge the more experienced practitioner to go deeper into the fundamentals of their practice. Level 2...
